Returns policy.

We hope that you may always be able to find something you love when visiting our store. We will happily offer a credit or exchange on items that aren’t what you were hoping for, provided you notify us within 14 days after purchase date (or date of arrival for shipped items). If you can’t get to us in person within that time frame you can notify us via telephone, email or by our social media outlets. Returns goods must be in original condition with proof of purchase. Goods that need to be returned by postage is at the expense of buyer.

We will arrange a replacement, credit, exchange or refund on faulty items. Any faulty items need to be inspected by our staff and we reserve the right to determine whether the item is faulty.

Privacy policy.

We only store information (with your permission) to conduct business with you and contact you if needed, for example to notify you on stock availability, lay-by payments, magazine subscriptions, shipping purchased items etc.

We will never sell or provide access to your details to third parties other than as part of processing your order. For example, we may disclose your details to our payment gateway providers, Australia Post or courier and freighting companies to send your orders to you.
